Author Biography
Gina Colvario Krupka, CLC, is a Certified Life Coach, Health Coach and a Motivational Speaker in East Greenwich, RI. Her passion is helping people connect with joy on their life path. She has maintained over 100 pound weight loss and lost her only sibling to cancer, both which help her relate to and support people on their journeys, regardless of the path. Gina knows that although adversity happens, suffering is optional. Joy, as well as, the most important things in life are free and internal. Some examples of the gifts from within are peace, health, serenity and love. In the midst of trauma or tragedy, you can still feel good, as long as you do not allow life circumstances to cut you off from it. She realizes losing the connection at times is normal. With over 20 years of experience educating through speaking, writing, workshops and trainings, she is an expert on helping people reconnect to the wellsprings within themselves. She always says "the Joy is in the Journey." Her enthusiasm for life is infectious and her spirit helps others take flight.
