Serving as a Co-Pastor in the Christian church for thirteen years has been both rewarding and challenging. Unfortunately, there are still individuals who struggle with the concept of women serving as pastors due to their interpretation of scripture, which denies women the right to teach, preach, or hold the office of pastor. However, a careful examination of scripture reveals evidence in both the Old and New Testaments that women have been ministering in various capacities for years and will continue in the "millenniums" to come. Even Christ Himself supported and encouraged women to take on significant roles in ministry. In this book, we present two viewpoints on the topic. Complementarianism which restricts women from certain roles within the church, while Egalitarianism removes any gender restrictions. Throughout the chapters, you will find scriptures that affirm the value of women in ministry as pastors, along with personal testimonies from women who serve in this capacity. The purpose of this book is not to debate who is worthy to carry the Gospel based on gender. Instead, if a believer accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, there is a mandate for everyone to be a witness. Scripture instructs us in Matthew 28:19 KJV, to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," with no preference for gender. We are all called to be witnesses for Christ, regardless of whether we are male or female. What is most important is coming together as a unified body of born-again believers to win souls for Christ.
