Judy Pollard Smith writes from Hamilton, Ontario. She has a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in the science of education. She has worked as a juvenile probation officer and an English language teacher for newcomers to Canada. She has many years of sponsoring and loving refugees from everywhere on the planet.
