Bill graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor and Master's degree in science. After moving to San Diego, he continued to Bible school and began his life-long ministry journey.
Bill and Sandy's call is to come alongside pastors and believers to bring everyone into a higher level of encounter with God's love and freedom and to share the Father's heart with the rest of the world. In 2017, Bill and Sandy merged their church with Beach Chapel where they now serve as Associate Pastors.
