by Michael Teng (Author)

The "Transformation Toolkit: Corporate Transformation to Improve Productivity and Innovation" provides the means to diagnose an ailing business organization, and then plan and pursue the steps to keep it alive and make it healthy. The Toolkit starts with diagnosis, and then moves through three phases of treatment. This approach satisfies the need for quick "surgery" to keep the organization alive through productivity improvements; "resuscitation" after surgery, to grow market share; and long-term "therapy" to promote innovation and creativity. Additional chapters deal with office politics, personal health and personal transformation, among other vital topics for transformation executives. Exercises and questions transform the reader into an active participant. The Toolkit applies to both manufacturing and service industries. Its principles scale from small and medium companies through multi-national corporations. But be warned: this tool is unsafe in the wrong hands...your competitor's.
