Mary Elizabeth Hill Hanchey lives with her family in Durham, North Carolina, where she is a member of Watts Street Baptist Church, a part of the Hannah Ministry planning team, and co-founder of Project Pomegranate. She holds a JD from UNC-Chapel Hill and is completing an MDiv at Duke Divinity School.

Erin K. McClain is a bio-mama, an adoptive mama, and a maternal and child health program manager who lives in Durham, North Carolina. She has master's degrees in international affairs and public health.
