In a world growing increasingly chaotic, this book uniquely blends proven strategy techniques with powerful new concepts into a model that stretches the mind and helps drive bold strategic change. With the fascinating backdrop of the dynamic computer industry, Sweeny reveals the strategies and decisions that led to one of the greatest turnarounds in business history. He recognizes the enormity of the challenges facing complex organizations and provides clear and thoughtful solutions. In a world of chaos, THINK Before You Leap is a compelling read for any serious leader of innovative change.
