by Glen C. Livezey (Author), Auriel Wyndham Livezey (Introduction by), Auriel Wyndham Livezey (Author)

"The Spiritual Pathway to Freedom" is a collection of five timeless lectures given around the world during the 1960s and '70s. Spiritual solutions are applied to a prisoner-of-war experience during the Second World War, to business and economic questions, and to physical health issues. The manner of resolving and healing these varied situations is related in inspiring and compelling ways.

Author Biography

John H. Wyndham, a Dutch-born officer with the Royal Australian Air Force during the Second World War, was a prisoner of war for three years in Java. He later worked with the United Nations. His lectures were given when he was a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship. His book "The Ultimate Freedom" also relates some of his wartime and peacetime experiences. This book has gone around the world in four languages and is welcomed into prisons. Glen Livezey's lectures were also given under the auspices of the same organization. Glen had a successful advertising background but was ushered into a whole new career after an overnight healing of a back problem which had almost crippled him. This was accomplished through the understanding of his spiritual nature as explained in the book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. He lectured to a variety of audiences, including inmates in high-security prisons. He was well known for his outstanding work in healing.
