Stephanie Watson is the author of The Mind, The Motion. She wrote her book after years of struggling with her weight. She used to diet, exercise and never see the results she wanted. Every fad diet that she bought into led to short term results. It was frustrating, discouraging, and she built a really unhealthy relationship with food. Through educating herself with a degree in Psychology and a certification as a personal trainer, she has learned the power of positivity is just as strong as the power of knowledge when it comes to weight loss.
