Chester is the Owner and Lead Life Coach of GOODLIFE!! Coaching. He has over fourteen years of experience in the Education field, eleven of those as a classroom teacher and the remainder serving as a Prevention & Intervention Specialist for Accomack County Public Schools. In this capacity, he focuses his efforts on Anti-Bullying, Character Education, encouraging positive student-teacher relationships, mentoring At-Risk Youth, Truancy Prevention, and Threat Assessment. He also is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Black Life Coaches Network (BLC.net). Chester is a 2001 graduate of Hampton University. He has obtained a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Salisbury University, and earned his Coaching Certification from Academic Life Coaching Inc. He is an avid reader of self-help/leadership books and a diehard gamer. He regularly volunteers his time with Youth Soccer as a Coach and serves as a Parent Leader for Cub Scout Pack 300 in Parksley, VA. He resides on Virginia's Eastern Shore with his wife Nyoka and son Mason.
