Erica Moore-Burton, Esq. currently serves as an executive director for a national employment search firm. As well as being an executive recruiter, Erica is a professional speaker and private career/life coach; specializing in assisting individuals with career strategies. She has assisted many international law firms and major corporations with finding the right professionals for their organizations. Her clients have included Hot Topic, Westfield, Watt Commercial Properties, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Gemstar TV Guide; to name a few. In previous years, Erica was a Branch Director for the international staffing firm; Robert Half International; a Fortune 500 company. She has been the recipient of numerous awards for her sales and leadership achievements, and was awarded membership to the One Million Dollar Club at Robert Half International. Erica obtained her law degree in London, England from Middlesex University and is a member of the New York State Bar. She has appeared on many panels, and has conducted keynote presentations for associations such as the Secretaries Society, The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and The Los Angeles Paralegal Association (LAPA) . She is also the author of numerous articles focused on career development/leadership, and has been quoted several times in numerous periodicals for her expert knowledge.
