Susan Ellen Wolf is a securities lawyer and corporate governance expert. A graduate of Emory University and The George Washington University Law School, Susan has held in-house positions at several corporations, including Schering-Plough (now Merck), The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, Constellation Energy, and Continental Telephone Company (now Verizon). Susan is active in professional associations and has served as Chairman of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals; Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Securities, Commodities, & Exchanges; and as a Board member at the Council of Institutional Investors. Susan is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of the Temple University School of Medicine. Over time, Susan began keeping a journal of questions asked by colleagues considering a move from a professional firm to a corporation. This book is a distillation of the common themes included in the journal over a 25 year period.
