She trained in Ayurvedic medicine in the United States and India. She studied homeopathy using the REBA system from Germany and the ASYRA from the US. She also trained in hypnotherapy, EMDR, and OEI. In addition, she has trained in Western, Eastern, Indian and Chinese reflexology. Dr. Holly's mission is to empower individuals to achieve health and wellness. She teaches how easy it is to turn on the body's own genes that govern cellular health and metabolism. She is a passionate health researcher and engaging teacher. She speaks one-on-one with individual clients or to large groups in companies, schools, athletic teams and conferences.
