Author Biography
Carl E. Roemer is a freelance scholar who received his ThD from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. He served churches in Michigan and New York and was director of pastoral care in the Greater Binghamton Health Center. He was an adjunct professor at the State University of New York in the Judaic Studies Program, where he taught a course called "Jesus in Context" from which this book and its two predecessors developed.
