Jared S. Burkholder is Associate Professor of History and Director of the Office of Faith, Learning and Scholarship at Grace College (IN). He has published articles or reviews in several journals, including Fides et Historia, The Pennsylvania Magazine of History and Biography, and The Mennonite Quarterly Review.
David C. Cramer, previously Adjunct Professor of Religion and Philosophy at Bethel College (IN), is currently pursuing a PhD in Religion (Theology) at Baylor University.
