After completing bachelor's and master's degrees at Greenwich and Birmingham City universities, respectively, Matt became a serial entrepreneur, setting up and running several companies before the sale of the last one in 2016. Since 2000 he has worked as a freelance management trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and global players across the world.
