She and her husband Merle are active members of Harvest Bible Chapel Peoria in Central Illinois. She teaches and mentors Christian women and enjoys writing fictional Christian love stories set in Door County, Wisconsin, as well as nonfiction Christian books, lesson plans and a newsletter called Prophecy Chat.
