by Lucut Bogdan (Illustrator), Jonathan Paul Ankiewicz (Author)

You talk about making a change toward a healthier lifestyle, and you really want to do it. But the glut of information out there, many of which are fads and gimmicks designed for unsustainable gains and burnout, can be overwhelming and confusing. Fitness and nutrition specialist Jonathan P. Ankiewicz knows this all too well, and he goes against the grain by providing straight-to-the-point, no-bull information on the basic principles of diet and exercise. He teaches you how to get to know your body, its needs and desires, and then caters a few guidelines and habits toward achieving your personal goals.

It begins with setting the right mind-set for a life change, then taking action. Learn how your fitness success begins and ends in the kitchen-not the gym. Get informed on nutrition labels, meal timing, and which "success killers" most threaten your progress. Discover what exercise or activity you enjoy most and find out how to use it as a motivation tool for dedication and progress.

Make sense? It should! Much of living and being healthy is unlearning the complications we've been taught over the years and distilling it into a life that's simple and fit!
