by Michael Anthony (Author)

In the beginning their relationship grew into a strong bond. In addition to her two sons, she gave birth to the baby girl she always wanted. As with many couples, their young child took center stage. Two years later they moved into the home she bought and the happy family this mom and dad always wanted had become a reality. Within a year red flags began popping up as she went back to her old habits and wouldn't set boundaries with her grown sons. Their communication ceased and the love they shared was replaced with friction. To be a better parent to his little girl, dad moved out, half a mile away while mom used her lawyer to set a court date for him to face her allegations.

She accused him of drug and substance abuse, including alcohol; threatening the mover and the minor child on several occasions and she was seeking sole custody. They added that he was a repeat offender in his early years and that made him look guilty. He was new to this and his attorney suggests if he wants to see his daughter to take their offer. Dad agreed to supervised visitation.

After this loss he refused to give up on his only child. He rebounded with extensive research, his documentation and investigations. He obeyed the judgments while successfully gathering evidence to prove his innocence. He built a strong defense and gained freedom to have more time with his little girl to prevent her from having a life without her dad. His concern for other non-custodial parents became the sole reason he started this campaign to warn them about this atrocious legal proceeding so they can avoid the emotional wounds caused by the stress this kind of inhumane battle creates. His primary goal was to save his child from the effects of being fatherless. After the judge awarded him more time it was easier to continue being the dad his little girl loved.

Single parenting is not the chosen path for many. Although the time with his daughter was now limited and short, Dad's love prevailed. After he surrendered, divine miracles paved the way for his success. He became her shield and deflected the attacks that ensued. Their time together would always be the same, educational and fun with selected activities she could learn from. He obeyed the judgments and made the changes necessary to keep his visits. Working to protect her heart and mind rewarded him with the love and honor of his little girl. As tensions rose from the opposition he continued being her teacher, her mentor, the good dad and eventually, poppa won.
