Rosengarten served in one of the world's largest companies, as Shell's Global Vice President, Retail Marketing; Vice President Retail, Asia Pacific Middle East; Managing Director of Oceania, Shell Retail. His experience also includes Executive Director, Tables Games and Marketing for Crown Casino, and leading a region of department stores at Coles Myer Ltd. Through the years, he has built a reputation as an expert in team building and developing leadership skills of individuals on his diverse teams.
