Luiza Y. Coscia has a Bachelor's of Science degree in engineering and earned her real life PhD in child behavior while raising and homeschooling her 5 children who required creative interventions due to special needs. During a successful engineering career, Luiza honed her problem solving and analytical skills, skills that she now uniquely applies to child behavior in order to nurture the diamond in the rough.
