He also serves as the PMO Manager for the Digital Transformation Programme of the New Dunedin Hospital. With 25 years of international experience in various P3M management roles, Oswin has built the capabilities of over 3,000 professionals in countries such as New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman in diverse management disciplines, including portfolio, programme, project, PMO, business case, change, and agile management.
