Author Biography

Determination is defined as: firmness of purpose; resoluteness, the process of establishing something exactly, typically by calculation or research. Verleiz Lattimore is the epitome of the word determination. This young woman was born with the odds stacked against her from the beginning, but never let circumstance determine her outcome. Born in Far Rockaway, NY, to Catherine Robinson and Kenneth Robinson, Verleiz is the youngest of two. Catherine, who would be very instrumental in the development of Verleiz's drive, tenacity, and will to overcome, had great dreams and expectations for her daughter. Mrs. Lattimore acquired much wisdom in her youth through amazing mentorship and education. Verleiz has a healthy education, earning several degrees to make her well rounded in her plans for a business career. From an Associate's degree in Fashion Design, a Bachelor's in Education and Psychology, A Bachelor's in Metaphysics, MBA in Marketing and Project Management to MED in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology, Mrs. Lattimore has strived to strategically stack the recipe for success. Verleiz graduated from her Education and Psychology program with honors, Magna Cum Laude, demonstrating her intense determination as she attended 21 credit semesters while caring for her ill mother and working full time. Verleiz is also an ordained minister in metaphysical ministry and NLP Master Practitioner. In addition, Verleiz is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Mrs. Lattimore understands, through wisdom, that none of this training and education makes a difference if there is no demonstration. After years of being a sponge, retrieving the secrets to success, she is now focused on the journey that will leave her foot prints in her generation and generations to come. However, Verleiz knows success is not acquired without balance and that balance is had in her loving relationships with her family. Verleiz now lives with her loving husband and business partner. The two have created multiple business ventures together, learning the ins and outs of a prosperous marriage and business relationship.
