Since 2000 he has worked as a freelance management trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and global players across the world. He has trained or moderated over 20,000 executives of 40 different nationalities in over 20 countries and is one of the most renowned leadership experts working out of mainland Europe today. Matt's unique brand of humorous, energetic training and moderation inspires his participants and no two workshops are the same.
