Sanjay was born in 1971 in Sonipat, Haryana (India). He has around 25 years of work experience in insurance and steel sectors in the domain of corporate communication and administration. The book is based on experiences he himself had and also the experiences shared by friends and acquaintances. A self-proclaimed introvert and avid reader, he tried to seek answers to his dilemmas at work and in other parts of life, from various sources.
