Iwuanyanwu, Ed.D., is an accomplished academic leader and Professor with a specialty in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Strategic Management, Business Ethics, Research Methods, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Computer Information Science. He teaches across universities in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Florida; a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Strayer University, Washington D.C.; and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Abia State University, Nigeria.

Dr. Obioma Iwuanyanwu is the author of "Exploring Organizational Behavior Key Concepts: Their Impact on Employees and the Workplace" (Xlibris Publishing House, 2025). His research interests include Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Academic Advising, Student Retention, and Ethical Business Practice.

With over 20 years of excellence in academics, Dr. Iwuanyanwu has held prominent leadership positions, including Academic Dean and Faculty Discipline Lead for Human Resource Management at Strayer University, as well as Special Assistant to the University President at the American College of Commerce and Technology. He has demonstrated visionary leadership in faculty mentorship, academic administration, university accreditation, curriculum development, and strategic planning. As Academic Dean, he fostered collaborative learning environments that promoted critical thinking and ensured the implementation of programs that aligned with industry demands and institutional objectives.
