Elder Steven Fluker Hill is an anointed minister called to reach people across all ages and backgrounds, with a mandate to empower and encourage believers to offer radical praise and pursue God's promises. Raised in Waycross, Georgia, he was introduced to Christ early and baptized at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, where his hunger for God's Word and prayer first developed. A life-changing spiritual encounter came during a 1996 New Year's revival, where he experienced the power of the Holy Spirit and sensed a permanent call on his life. Through years of growth, God shaped him through Scripture, prayer, fasting, and spiritual mentorship. In 2001, he received a vision to gather and empower young people, which led to the launch of a youth-focused conference in Folkston, Georgia. His ministry deepened under the leadership of Prophet Nathan L. Simmons at Citadel of Hope Evangelistic Church of God in Christ, where he developed in intercession, deliverance, and excellence in ministry. After leadership transitions, he remained faithful and took on key roles in youth and ministerial leadership, launching additional outreach services and conferences. He was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in 2009 and went on to serve in multiple jurisdictional leadership roles, including Youth President and Secretary. In 2017, he was appointed Regional Youth President over the Foreign Region, serving more than 70 countries. Through consistent service and mentorship, Elder Hill has been formed into a dedicated and Spirit-led leader for this generation.
