Filipino diasporas are among the largest group of people scattered around the world. This book explores the practice of diaspora missions through intercultural campus ministry and the unique challenges first-generation Filipino missionaries experience as diasporas in the global north when engaging in global missions. These challenges include contexts (High and Low), time orientation, trust formation, and degree of interdependence (individualism and collectivism). Relational realism is the linking paradigm to understand our unparalleled leverage in employing intercultural campus ministry towards diaspora missions and becoming an intercultural church.

This book is intended for three kinds of readership:
a.) First-generation Filipino (or from the Majority World) missionaries and church planters ready to move their church from monocultural practices to an intercultural church.
b.) Christians and leaders who want are curious of intercultural campus ministry praxis and how it will influence global missions, campus ministry, and church planting. (edited version)
c.) Christian leaders (i.e., pastors and missions executives, etc., ) and trainers (i.e., faculty members of seminary and Bible school) who are interested in knowing the challenges of first-generation diaspora missionaries from the Majority World who will serve in the post-Christendom West.
