Yocam was also the Managing Director on the Board of Directors for Yocam Holdings LLC for a number of years. Yocam Holdings LLC was a privately held for-profit investment corporation. He holds a doctor of business administration degree (DBA) from the School of Advanced Studies at the University of Phoenix, a master of science degree in computer science from the College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology at California State University-Chico, a master of science degree in finance from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University, a master of business administration degree from the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego, and a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from the School of Engineering at the University of the Pacific.
