The cardiac section includes information on cardiac disease and stroke, including exercises that should be done for each health condition, as well as precautions and contraindications. Some of these diseases include, but not limited to, cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation and heart attack. This also includes precautions with pacemakers and defibrillators.

It has been proven that exercise and nutrition are two of the main factors that you can control for a healthy lifestyle. Many people do not know how to start or progress an exercise program. There are hundreds of pictures for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise programs, as well as a list of equipment that you can use in the home. This also includes worksheets to help you track your exercises and progress.
