Mark Gilbert is a spiritual teacher and writer who lives in Colorado with his wife, Mary, and his chocolate lab, Harmony. He holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a Masters in Consciousness Studies from the Holmes Institute. He supports the growth of spiritual centers around the globe in his role with the international headquarters of the Centers for Spiritual Living in Golden, Colorado. He is also a certified trainer in Spiral Dynamics, frequently writes for Science of Mind magazine and publishes the blog Conscious Bridge found at www.consciousbridge.com.
