Nothing progresses for lapse and lack of passionate nationalism The despots leave BEHIND toxic legacies. Africa needs strong institutions to maintain freedom and democracy. Hence these leaders fall in disgrace leaving Africa in ruins and backward than colonial era. They cause mayhem and bloodshed and hence blood removes their footprints on earth, which should have been foot prints on the sand of time that a despondent seeing could take heart.
